Ryan Foley, an Associated Press reporter based in Iowa City, speaks with Executive Director Jeff Browne about Foley's career in journalism, which began as a reporter at Davenport West High School in Iowa, and including winning a Quill and Scroll scholarship in 1999. Since then, he's covered politics for the AP in both Wisconsin and Iowa, and he's earned the nickname "Scoops."
